Police are appealing for witnesses following a vicious assault on two young men in Camborne.

The incident occurred at approximately 4.30pm on Saturday 9 June at Tuckingmill Valley Park in what has been reported as an unprovoked attack.

A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said: “The first victim was set upon by a teenager who head-butted and punched the victim to the floor. Two other young men then joined in the fight kicking and punching the victim multiple times.

“Another young man tried to intervene and break up the fight but he too was then assaulted and punched repeatedly to the face and sustained a broken jaw in the process. The first victim sustained a black eye and multiple cuts and bruises.”

It is believed this incident was filmed by a number of people using the skate bowls and police are keen to recover any mobile phone footage of the incident.
